txtfo Ltd was founded in 2003 and incorporated in January 2005. txtfo is a fully owned subsidiary of the Mobile Financial Services Group, who are headquartered in Mayfair, London. Mobile Financial Services are pioneers in bringing financial services to the mobile phone and have a portfolio of high margin applications which are taken to market through Tier 1 brand names.
These brands include mobile operators and retailers who will leverage their distribution channels and brand loyalty to exploit new, disruptive, high margin revenue streams. Mobile Financial Services' flagship products enable their subscribers to make purchases via their mobile phone and transfer money from one mobile phone account to another.
Following a restructure in 2006, txtfo Ltd is responsible for all Mobile Marketing products for the Mobile Financial Services Group.
